As Texas weather is heating up and drought conditions advance throughout the State of Texas and in cooperation and per our agreement with the City of Mineral Wells, Millsap WSC is also advancing to and implementing Stage II Water Use Restrictions of the Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan beginning April 1, 2023, and going forward and will remain in effect until further notice. These restrictions include No Outside Water Use except for Animals, as well as other measures. Please see the posted notice HERE for further details regarding these water use restrictions.
