Welcome to the Millsap WSC Community.  Please contact our office by phone, or you can print out the Membership Application and Service Agreement (if available) to apply for service. We look forward to serving your water needs.

We have a checklist for each of three types of request for service:

Checklist for service where service is active and membership needs transferred from Seller to Buyer of property.

Checklist for service where a service tap is inactive on a property.

Checklist for service where a service tap does not currently exist.

Due to the nature and process of New Memberships, please note that Membership Fee, Equity Buy-In and Material Start-up costs cannot be paid by Credit/Debit Card or other Online Payment Option.
