New Tap Moratorium

On January 12, 2023, the Board of Directors of Millsap Water Supply Corporation approved a New Tap Moratorium. This means that the corporation will not approve New Taps for the foreseeable future.

This step is due to supply issues with the City of Mineral Wells. Millsap WSC wants to protect the water supply for its existing taps and customers.

Any already approved taps including those we have already agreed to on Bulldog Crossing and others will be honored.

We regret this action but cannot see any way to continue to increase our need for water supply under the existing conditions.

We will update you when the City of Mineral Wells has informed us that a permanent solution to the issue, they are having restores additional supply we need to lift this Moratorium.
