As the summer heat and drought condition progress throughout the State of Texas and in an effort to better prepare us for potential severe drought conditions, effective July 1, 2022, the City of Mineral Wells will initiate STAGE I Water Use Restriction. In cooperation and per our agreement with the City of Mineral Wells, Millsap WSC is also implementing Stage 1 of the Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plan beginning July 1, 2022, and going forward and will remain in effect until further notice.
